The whole PoST can't be NI.

There are two problems for making it completely NI:

  • the prover salt randomness can't be issued in a trusted and NI manner (cf attachment)
  • the verifications can't be proceeded in a NI fashion otherwise the prover could know the indexes that are going to be requested and so can drop the other nonces
