Especially the Jupyter notebook.
Numpy and Python 2.7 are probably involved but I do not know how to run a Jupyter Notebook on a Python 2.7 virtual environment. Note that it seems that I know how to run on a Python 3 virtual environment but the method does not seem to work for Python 2.7.
