What about to some extent minutes? Maybe could review and format them and update them almost at the same time.

Alternative to Google Docs:

Something in Markdown would be fine too.

Wikipedia: Evernote is not open-source.

Could search Google docs alternative on DuckDuckGo and Google.

Could just Git them (preferably publicly) maybe. However, for minutes I need realtime web interface editing.

Alternative to Google Docs: - https://cryptpad.fr/features.html: > Guest > Limited storage time > Documents are deleted after 90 days of inactivity Could consider hosting my own instance, see [cryptpad](https://github.com/cryptpad/cryptpad). Note that if self-hosted, then E2EE is not mandatory. Other instances (https://cryptpad.org/instances/) may disappear at any time in theory (even if try not to https://docs.cryptpad.org/en/admin_guide/admin_panel.html#list-my-instance-in-public-directories) so I do not want to rely on them as it requires making copies continuously. - Overleaf, self-hosted at least Something in Markdown would be fine too. All guest user features
With additional functionality

Upload and share files
Store files in your CryptDrive: images, PDFs, videos, and more. Share them with your contacts or embed them in your documents. (up to 25MB)

Personal storage (1 GB)
Documents stored in your CryptDrive are not deleted for inactivity

While storage is quite limited I can use references to private resources on https://gitea.lemnoslife.com for instance. Alternatively if documents expire could leverage Online_authentication_API/issues/32.

File > Import > file.html works quite fine except that it excludes images. However, for file.md due to inline images it makes my Linux Mint 22 Cinnamon Framework 13 Firefox stuck for tens of seconds without any interface showing a progress.

Note that the heaviest image is 4.6 MB big, I verified and I am able to import it to my document. 25 / 4.6 = 5.4. I verified that uploading 31.3 MB according to nemo works fine, so it seems limited to 1 GB which seems fine for the moment as Google Doc images are about 40.7 MB. Can patch historical images later on.

Related to Improve_websites_thanks_to_open_source/issues/942.

I verified that can share an editing link with people not having accounts.
