Alternative to Google Docs:

Something in Markdown would be fine too.

Wikipedia: Evernote is not open-source.

Could search Google docs alternative on DuckDuckGo and Google.

Could just Git them (preferably publicly) maybe.

Alternative to Google Docs: - https://cryptpad.fr/features.html: > Guest > Limited storage time > Documents are deleted after 90 days of inactivity Could consider hosting my own instance, see https://github.com/cryptpad/cryptpad. Note that if self-hosted, then E2EE is not mandatory. Other instances (https://cryptpad.org/instances/) may disappear at any time in theory (even if try not to https://docs.cryptpad.org/en/admin_guide/admin_panel.html#list-my-instance-in-public-directories) so I do not want to rely on them as it requires making copies continuously. - Overleaf, self-hosted at least Something in Markdown would be fine too.
