The software needs to be developed on an open version control platform such as GitLab or GitHub and licensed as open source.

Also ask if Gitea is fine or if I should mirror it to GitHub or/and GitLab (reminder set to next class).
If needs to mirror, the problem is that issues aren't mirrored.
