UC-2OlIhAKqYeEqwfk02nUbA has a regular uploads playlist id UU-2OlIhAKqYeEqwfk02nUbA returned by YouTube Data API v3 channels?part=contentDetails&id=UC-2OlIhAKqYeEqwfk02nUbA. However the YouTube UI returns The playlist does not exist. and YouTube Data API v3 playlistItems?part=snippet&playlistId=UU-2OlIhAKqYeEqwfk02nUbA returns a playlistNotFound error.
