For instance to compare a given image with another to see if they are different or make a selection of images, one per window.
There is no Other Application... as Nemo.
My workaround is to Show Containing Folder, switch to another image (otherwise the next step does not open another XViewer instance, as the considered image is already opened), then open the image from the opened Nemo.
