linuxmint/xviewer/issues/35 is the only upstream issue mentioning Are you sure. There is no result for upstream pull requests containing this string.

qimgv
Output: 
Command 'qimgv' not found, but can be installed with:
sudo apt install qimgv

Edit > Preferences is indeed the only relevant interface and it does not help.
